We are very proud of Anjolina Smoak who recently earned her black belt in martial arts. Anjolina has been studying the martial arts for many years. She has demonstrated her skills at many of our talent shows. Way to go Anjolina!!!!!

Parents for grades 3-5 are invited to attend an informational meeting on Wednesday, March 2, 2016. The meeting will be held from 6-7pm. During this meeting parents will receive important information on how to best prepare the students for testing. Please make every effort to attend.
Geraldine Boudreaux Elementary School, 950 Behrman Highway in Terrytown, will be closed tomorrow, Friday, November 20, 2015. This morning, a heater strip malfunction in the school’s ventilation system caused an odor to spread throughout the school. As a precautionary measure, maintenance crews will be at the school tomorrow to inspect and clean all air ducts. […]
There was smoke in the building this morning. The fire department assessed the situation and has declared the school safe for students and faculty. We are airing out the building but if you choose to keep your child home their absence will be excused. If you have any questions please feel free to call 393-8732.
